LORD’S SUPPER  will be celebrated next Sunday morning, Jan. 8.  Please return the forms  to the book racks as we will need them again next week.

 

SIGN UP SHEETS for the January  19th at 5:30 P.M.  “pork loin”  pot luck are now in the  Fellowship Hall.  Bring a dish to pass and your own table service.  Plan to stay afterward to play your favorite game.

 

 BD. TRUSTEES MEETING: regular monthly meeting, Tues. Jan. 3.  The following matters were decided upon:

1.    The electrical problem that has caused an odor and dimming of the lights was  turned over to a professional company for investigation and repair.

2.    The vinyl windows on the parsonage front porch are to be replaced at a cost of $272.00.

3.    Preparatory Sunday will be January 8 and the Lord’s Supper to be celebrated on Sunday,  January 15,  Morning Service.

4.    The Board is grateful for the generous offerings on Sunday, January  1 in the amount of $1536.62, particularly as our annual insurance on the church and parsonage amounting to $3425.34 must be paid this month. 

5.    Nominations for Trustees was discussed and the motion was made to Inform the fellowship of the need of men who are willing to serve the Lord and to help continue the Chapel.  If YOU are willing to consider making yourself available for the Lord’s service, please speak to any of the Trustees.   Our Annual Meeting is February 16, D. V

NEEDED: Men and/or women are needed as “Hymn time Leaders.”  If we  are to continue having this evening “hymn time”, volunteers are needed NOW!  Sign-up sheets are in the church foyer.
